Ww44 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by the platform ww44, accessible at ww44.best ("Platform"). By registering, logging in, making deposits, placing bets, or using any feature of ww44, you — hereinafter referred to as "User" — confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and ww44. If the User does not agree with any provision contained herein, they must immediately stop using the Platform and contact support at suporte@ww44.best to close their account.

Ww44 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance, except in urgent cases involving security requirements or legal obligations. Continued use of the Platform after new terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updates.

To use the services of the ww44, the User must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on an official identity document;
• A valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) belonging to the User themselves;
• Date of birth;
• A valid email address to which only the User has access;
• An active Brazilian mobile phone number.

Only one account is permitted one account per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts associated with the same CPF, as well as the forfeiture of any balances and winnings obtained through them.

The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify the ww44 support team via the live chat available on the platform. ww44 is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of login credentials.

To process withdrawals above R$ 300.00, identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required, such as a copy of your RG, CNH, or passport, along with proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The verification process is completed within 48 business hours after the documents are submitted.

Access to the platform ww44 is permitted exclusively to individuals who simultaneously meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion, whether through ww44 or any other operator;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree relative of an employee of ww44 or its direct partners.

Ww44 employs technical and procedural measures to verify users' ages and prevent access by anyone under 18. Any account whose holder is identified as a minor will be closed immediately, deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings will be voided.

A ww44 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant credit to your account;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — credit within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — from the major card networks accepted in Brazil;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — instant credit;
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks participating in the national financial system.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no globally set maximum deposit limit; however, specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or account level. All deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits from third parties or made on someone else's behalf are not accepted.

Ww44 may, at its sole discretion, refuse or reverse deposits that show signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other irregularity. In such cases, the User will be notified and our support team will be available to provide clarification.

The User may request a withdrawal at any time, provided that:

• The available balance is equal to or greater than R$ 30.00 (minimum withdrawal amount);
• The account must be verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals above R$ 300.00;
• There are no pending bonus rollover requirements on the balance in question;
• There is no active security investigation related to the account.

Withdrawals via Pix are processed within 3 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. The Pix key registered for withdrawals must belong to the User, with a CPF matching the one on the ww44 account.

Withdrawals via TED bank transfer are processed within 1 business day. The destination bank account must be held in the name of the ww44 account holder — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Ww44 may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases where identity verification is required. This measure is designed to protect the User against fraud and to ensure compliance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and anti-money laundering legislation.

Bets placed on the platform ww44 are subject to the following general rules:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00.
• Bets are considered accepted only upon confirmation displayed on the User's screen. Bet attempts that do not receive explicit confirmation from the platform are not valid.
• The odds displayed when the User adds a selection to their bet slip may change before final confirmation, particularly in live betting. The odds applied to the bet will be those confirmed at the moment the User clicks "Confirm Bet".
• Ww44 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at any time, without prior justification.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — except live bets explicitly marked as such — will be voided and the amount returned to the User's balance.

Event cancellation or suspension: If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or interrupted before the outcome determining the bet is reached, the bet will be voided and the full amount refunded to the account balance. For sporting events that resume within 24 hours, bets will remain valid for the final result.

Odds errors: In cases of a manifest odds error — for example, odds of 50.00 on a clear favourite due to a technical mistake — ww44 reserves the right to void bets and refund the amounts. The criterion for identifying a manifest error is a comparison with odds offered by leading international markets at the same time.

The live betting at ww44 allow Users to bet on sporting events in progress, with odds updated in real time. The following conditions apply:

• Live bets may be accepted, declined, or processed at odds different from those initially displayed, due to the speed of market updates. The system will notify the User of any changes before final confirmation.
• Ww44 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of play (goal, red card, injury, VAR), resuming once the market has been restabilized.

The Cash Out allows the User to close a bet before the final result, receiving an amount calculated automatically based on the current state of the event. Cash Out can be full (closing the bet entirely) or partial (closing a fraction while keeping the rest active). The following rules apply:

• Cash Out is available for single and accumulator bets, on both pre-match and live events, subject to availability per event and market.
• The Cash Out value displayed is an offer valid for a limited time. If the market moves before confirmation, the offer may be updated.
• Ww44 does not guarantee permanent availability of Cash Out for all events or markets — the feature may be disabled at any time for technical or risk management reasons.

A ww44 offers bonuses and promotions at the platform's sole discretion, subject to the specific conditions of each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus only, linked to their CPF. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through new accounts — is considered fraud and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted into bets in accordance with the rollover requirement specified in each promotion's terms.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount, and must be met within the deadline set out in the promotion (typically 30 calendar days). Canceled, voided, or odds-below-1.50 bets do not count toward the rollover.
• Any bonus not used within its validity period will be automatically removed from the User's balance, with no possibility of recovery.
• Ww44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if there is suspicion of misuse, promotion abuse, or violation of these Terms.

A ww44 offers Live Casino games, slots, poker, and crash games through licensed software providers. The following conditions apply:

• All games available on the platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, real dealers streamed in real time with verifiable results.
• The outcome of any round, hand, or game is final and cannot be disputed once concluded, except in the case of a proven technical error on the platform.
• Ww44 may perform maintenance on specific games or the casino as a whole, temporarily making certain options unavailable. In such cases, any bets in progress that are interrupted due to a technical failure will be refunded.

• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any practice that violates Brazilian law;

• Making deposits using third-party credit cards or bank accounts;
• Abusing bonuses and promotions through multiple accounts, systematic hedging strategies, or any other approach that constitutes misuse of our offers;

• Transferring balances between accounts or selling access to your own account to third parties.

Ww44 monitors activity on the platform and may suspend or close accounts that show behavioral patterns inconsistent with legitimate use, even in the absence of definitive proof of a violation. In cases of confirmed violations, ww44 may retain balances and report the activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

The User may request voluntary closure of their account at the ww44 at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@ww44.best. Once requested, the account closure process will be completed within 5 business days. Available balances (not tied to a pending rollover) will be returned to the original payment method.

Ww44 may close or suspend an account at its discretion in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Extended inactivity — account with no activity for more than 12 months;
• Court or regulatory order.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, ww44 may hold the account balance during the investigation period. The User will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to present their case before a final decision is made.

A ww44 processes Users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The key points of our privacy commitment include:

• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from credential sharing or security failures on the User's own device;

Under no circumstances shall ww44's total liability to any User, for any reason, exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

A ww44 may revise these Terms at any time. When that occurs:

• The last updated date at the top of this page will be revised;
• Material changes will be communicated by email to the address registered by the User at least 7 days in advance;
• In urgent situations — such as immediate regulatory requirements or security vulnerabilities — changes may take effect without prior notice, and the User will be notified as soon as possible.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised conditions. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must request account closure before the new terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform ww44 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Before any legal action, both parties agree to seek a resolution through ww44 support, with a response time of up to 10 business days for formal inquiries submitted by email to suporte@ww44.best. Users may also file complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities, including the Procon of their state and the consumidor.gov.br platform.
